Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my digital badge?
Badges are issued automatically to your registered email address within 5 working days of accreditation confirmation. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it. If it's been more than 5 working days, contact badges@bsape.com.
What happens to my badge if my accreditation lapses?
If your accreditation is withdrawn, suspended, or lapses due to non-payment or CPD non-compliance, your badge is automatically invalidated. Anyone who verifies it will see an 'Accreditation Lapsed' status.
Can I share my badge before it expires?
BSAPE digital badges do not expire while your accreditation remains active. If you renew your accreditation, your badge is automatically updated to reflect the renewal.
I've lost my badge email. Can I get a new one?
Yes. Log in to your BSAPE member portal and request a badge re-issue from the My Credentials section, or contact badges@bsape.com.
